Questions

  • What is your return policy?

    If you receive the incorrect order, we will accept a return of the incorrect items at our expense and we will resend you the correct items at no additional cost to you if that order when received using a written form.



    If you accidentally order the incorrect item, we will accept a return of that item within 5 days of purchase. The item must be unopened and unused and be returned in the original packaging. We will issue a replacement for the correct item or issue a refund for the incorrect item subjected to management's discretion. Please note that subjective returns are assessed a 20% restocking fee.



    If you are not satisfied with the product you received because of factors that render the product unusable due to our company’s fault we will issue a full refund of the item.



    Please allow 8-10 business days for your return and refund to be processed.



    Discounted items are not eligible for a return or refund unless they were received damaged.



    Premium Organics Limited, uses third party delivery providers for local deliveries. These delivery providers require that you collect your items within a specified time. If you fail to collect these items within the stipulated times and the items are destroyed or lost upon them being returned to us from these providers, we will not be liable for those items and a refund will not be awarded.



    No refund will be issued without actual receipt of the item(s) being returned.

  • Why are your prices cheaper than other retailers?

    Our mission is to be the partner of choice for small and medium sized entities who are seeking affordable quality raw and packaging materials for their cosmetics business.


    We use our relationships with our network of suppliers to negotiate rates that allow us to pass on savings to you.

  • How much is delivery?

    We currently ship to all parishes in Jamaica. For internation orders, please send us a email at premiumorganicsja@gmail.com or call us at 876-597-0831.


    We use third party delivery providers to ship our products. The cost of delivery represents the actual cost charged by these providers. Each service has its standard fees and will be included in the final shipping cost before you are required to pay for your tiems.

  • Can I exchange items?

    Please see return policy for details on exchanges. 

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    We currently do not offer gift cards but are looking to do so in the near future.

  • When can I expect to receive my order?

    Local deliveries are normally made within 3 business days. We ship all items within 24-48 hours of your order.


    For international deliveries, the transit time varies and are generally between 7 - 24 days. This will vary based on the selected courier.
